What type of flowers do you stock?
We stock a wide range of British-grown and internationally sourced flowers. Choose from seasonal varieties like peonies and dahlias to year-round staples like roses, hydrangeas and carnations. We also source hundreds of types of foliage and important rare and hard-to-find flowers, as well as exotic and temperate varieties from around the globe.
Can I customize my order?
Yes. We’re always happy to commission customised bouquets for our clients. Whether you’re looking for a particular colour scheme or have a specific request, our team will help you find exactly what you’re looking for.
How do my flowers arrive?
All Moyses Stevens bouquets are delivered by our trusted couriers. We ship flowers across London and the nation, maintaining a level of reliability whether you’re based in Kensington or Kendal.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes. If you’ve noticed a mistake with your order, we’ll be happy to amend it. Get in touch with our Customer Care Team as soon as possible to rectify any problems.
Can I change the date of delivery or collection?
Yes. Contact our Customer Care Team by phone or email and they’ll help you amend the delivery/collection date. Please note, we cannot amend the delivery date for Same Day orders which have already been dispatched.
Can I get advice on how to care for my flowers?
Flowers and houseplants can be temperamental. That’s why we include additional care instructions with every order. They provide details on watering, where to put your flowers and tips on how to maximise their lifespan.
Plants

Which plant will suit me best?
Depending on the climatic conditions of your home, different plants will thrive accordingly. A good place to start for houseplant novices is succulents. Hardy, robust and easy-to-care for, succulents require little watering and limited light, making them perfect for first time plant-owners.
Can I choose from various types of container/pot?
Absolutely. We have great collection of plant pots to choose from. Try one of glazed ceramics or exclusive, handmade terracotta pots.
How are my plants delivered?
Every houseplant in our range is delivered by a member of our courier team. They will be carefully wrapped and packaged for the journey, ensuring each plant arrives in immaculate condition
What are the delivery options for houseplants?
In the unlikely event that your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, we will immediately provide a replacement. Here at Moyses Stevens, we’re proud of our high standards and commitment to customers. If you encounter a problem with one of our products please get in touch with our Customer Care Team immediately.
In the event that my plants arrive damaged, what can I do?

How do I care for my new houseplants?
We include information on watering, light levels, pruning and more with each houseplant. However, if you’d like additional information on any topic or just to talk with one of our experts, please don’t hesitate to get in touch
Loyalty Points
Do you offer loyalty points?
Yes. We offer a loyal point programme for new and existing customers.
How do I join your points programme?
It’s automatic. Just sign up for a free account when you’re making a purchase and we’ll do the rest.
How do I earn points?
Once you have created an account, your purchases will automatically be logged. Future purchases will then automatically accrue reward points.
Can I use our points in all Moyses Stevens stores?
Loyal points can be credited against all purchases and used online and in all our shops. (Wedding/Corporate/Event services are excluded from the loyalty scheme) Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information or contact us for more info.
How do I use my points?
Simply follow the instructions at the checkout and use you points against any purchases. For in store points you will be able to add/use points when paying for the order in store.
Yes. Contact our Customer Care Team by phone or email and they’ll help you amend the delivery/collection date. Please note, we cannot amend the delivery date for Same Day orders which have already been dispatched.
Can I see my balance and history?
Yes. Once logged into your account, navigate to the ‘Loyalty Points’ tab to review your balance and history.
Do you run special points offers?

Gift Cards
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do. A great present for any floral enthusiast, our gift cards are available for purchase today. Order online or in-store and send someone a gift they’ll adore.
Can I use my gift card partially, or does it need to be spent in one go?
Gift cards can be used partially for multiple purchases. Customers are more than welcome to purchase a bouquet or houseplant using a combination of gift card credit and another payment method.
How does the gift card arrive?
Your Moyses Stevens gift card will arrive as an E-card. Easy, efficient and instantaneous, E-cards are perfect for birthdays, graduations and other important celebrations.
Can I see the balance of my gift card?
Yes, customers will receive a revised balance each time the card is used.
How do I use/redeem my gift card?
Redeeming your gift card couldn’t be easier. Simply use the unique reference code at the checkout. That’s it. If you would like more information, please refer to our Gift Card Guide.
Can I choose the amount I wish to add to a gift card?
Yes. Though we advertise set denominations, customers are welcome to get in touch directly and choose a custom credit amount.
Am I able to top-up a gift card?
Unfortunately, no. If you would like to purchase an additional gift card we can arrange for an E-card to be delivered.
Click & Collect
Do you offer a Click & Collect service?
Yes, we do. Click & Collect services are available from all our stores. Simply choose the option at the checkout and arrange a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I specify which store to collect from?
Absolutely. We want the Click & Collect service to be as convenient as possible. Consequently, it’s now easy to choose both the time and location that suit you. We have stores in Battersea, Belgravia, Chelsea, St Pancras & Oxford Street.
How soon can I collect the items after placing an order?
Items are available for collection the very next day. Order by 6pm to guarantee a next day collection slot.
Are all your items available through the service?
Our entire range is available via the Click & Collect service. Choose from our collection of houseplants, bouquets, cut flowers, gifts and champagne. It’s the convenient way to shop from the comfort of your own home.
Can I pay in store?
Unfortunately, no. All Click & Collect items must be paid for at the time of purchase using the standard payment options.
What information do I need to provide on purchase?
The checkout process for Click & Collect items is the same as our standard range. We require a name, telephone number, email address and valid payment method.
Subscriptions
Do you offer a subscriptions service?
Yes. We now offer a brilliant subscription service for all customers. Choose from a range of styles and receive a fresh, handmade design delivered directly to your door. The service is available weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and is completely flexible. Discover more today by speaking to a member of our Customer Care Team.
How does it work?
Simply select the style of design and frequency of your delivery. Decide on the type of vase and let us know if you would like any particular flowers omitted from the designs. The rest is down to us. We’ll create, ship and deliver the designs to your door, anywhere across the UK.
Can I edit, pause or cancel my subscription?
Our subscriptions are completely flexible. We’re happy to pause or cancel your contract at any time, make amendments to the order or change the delivery address.
Can I change my next scheduled delivery?
Yes. Just get in touch with our Customer Care Team to move the date of your next subscription delivery.
Can I change subscription style mid-plan?
If you’re tired of your current choice and would like to swap, we’re happy to accommodate the move. Try one of our many style options and fall in love with our beautifully designed, seasonal arrangements.
What different styles do you offer?
There are several styles to choose from: the English Garden, Scandinavian, Modern Home, Seasonal & English Foliage. Each option offers the same brilliant floristry and Moyses Stevens touch, while providing enough choice to suit every taste.
Can I customise my subscription?
Absolutely. If you would like our florists to focus on a single style or a particular variety of flower, we can make the arrangements for you. Our subscription service puts customers in control and offers the best of the world of flowers at your fingertips.
Wedding Flowers
What types of wedding flowers do you offer?
We provide a huge range of bespoke wedding designs and bridal bouquets. Whether you’re looking for a laid-back, minimalist aesthetic or a more complete package, we have a range of options. From bouquets and buttonholes to corsages and flower crowns, our team create luxurious wedding designs in every imaginable style.
Can we arrange a consultation?
Absolutely. A face-to-face consultation is vital and we invite all prospective clients to a meeting with one of our senior florists. They’ll be able to discuss both the floral and financial side of the options we offer, as well as providing advice, helpful tips and, if necessary, reassurance. We understand that finding the right flowers for your wedding can be stressful – that’s why we’re here to help.
Do you provide a delivery and installation service?
Yes. Delivery and installation is a key aspect of what we do. It’s our mission to create not only a visually stunning set of designs, but to relieve our clients of any worry or stress. To this end, we offer nationwide delivery and installation, as well as removal.
Can I keep my flowers after the wedding?
We’re happy to discuss both flower drying and flower pressing for couples. We’re also happy for couples and guests to take any flowers with them from the ceremony or reception.
How far in advance do I have to make a booking for wedding flowers?
This depends entirely on our schedule and booking availability. Depending on the size of the wedding and the floral requirements, we are able to offer short-notice bookings. Please get in touch today if you would like to arrange a consultation immediately. Otherwise we suggest a period of 6 months is sufficient when making a booking.
Can I alter or add to my order for wedding flowers?
Yes. Depending on the notice period and whether we can source the flowers, we’re always happy to accommodate changes to an order based on the discretion of the senior florist
Can I move or postpone my delivery date?
Again, if a client provides enough notice we are happy to postpone a wedding date. However, if the flowers are ordered or have arrived at our studio we will unable to re-schedule or postpone.
Corporate and Events
Do you offer weekly flower deliveries for businesses?
Yes, absolutely. We deliver to a range of corporate clients across London and provide a flexible, bespoke service for businesses.
What type of arrangements do you provide?
We offer everything from bud-vases and reception designs to large-scale installations and in-house hotel floristry. Get in touch today if you would like to discuss a trial or try a sample.
Can we specify our own designs and ideas?
Yes. We understand corporate clients sometimes require specific colour schemes or flowers choices. Here at Moyses Stevens we tailor our Corporate & Event flowers around the specific requirements of the client.
Can we make changes to our designs?
Yes. Feel free to get in touch and amend any aspect of your regular delivery. We’ll be more than happy to change the colour, texture or style of the designs to suit your requirements.
Which days of the week is the service available?
The corporate flower delivery service is available 7 days a week. We deliver at a time that’s convenient for your business, whether in business hours or before the morning rush. Get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.
Is there a time-slot available for deliveries?
Yes. We can accommodate morning or evening deliveries, as well as providing up-to-date delivery information while the designs are en route.
Do you offer multi-site discounts?

Flower School
What type of classes do you offer?
Our Battersea Flower School offers a range of classes for all ages and abilities. From the basic taster sessions to longer, professional courses, the school offers customers the chance to see behind the scenes at Moyses Stevens and learn under the guidance of senior floral designers.
Can we book a Zoom class?
Yes. We hold regular zoom classes throughout the week and at the weekend. With all the flowers and materials delivered to your home beforehand, all you need is an internet connection.
Is there parking at the school?
Yes. There is limited parking available in Battersea Park at the Circus West Village underground car park.
How many places are available per class?
We have a maximum class number of 12.
How do I pay for my class?
Customers can purchase their tickets online or over the phone from our Customer Care Team. We accept all the usual payment methods including Paypal, Amex and major credit cards.
Do you offer group bookings?
Yes. The school is available for group bookings of up to 16. We welcome stag and hen nights as well as birthday parties, graduation parties and special celebrations
Do you offer classes at other locations?
We can arrange classes at your business location and for our corporate clients. Please get in touch with our team directly to discuss off-site school bookings.
Delivery
Do you offer delivery Nationwide?
Yes, we do. We’re proud to offer a nationwide delivery service seven days a week. Our brilliant Next Day delivery service is available until 6pm each day, ensuring customers can enjoy last minute gifts and self-indulgences wherever they’re based.
Which days does your delivery service operate on?
We provide a seven day delivery service here at Moyses Stevens. Our unbeatable delivery service is part of what makes Moyses special.
What are the cut-off times for delivery?
The cut off time for Next Day nationwide delivery and Same Day London shipping is 6pm. To guarantee delivery please make sure you have completed your order by this time and received confirmation from our dispatch team.
What delivery options are available?
Customers can choose from either our standard Next Day or Same Day delivery services. We also offer bespoke 3-hour delivery for our London-based clients as well as morning & evening delivery slots. These are available from 9am-12 noon & 6pm-10pm respectively.
What are your delivery costs?
We charge a flat fee of 8.50 for all deliveries and £12.50 for morning delivery.
Can I amend a delivery address after I’ve made a purchase?
Yes. If you realise you’ve made a mistake and would like to amend your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. As long as the flowers haven’t been shipped we will be happy to amend the address.
