Celebrating 100 Years : Good Housekeeping

We were thrilled to have been invited to design and install flowers for the Good Housekeeping LIVE - a fabulous two-day event in St James', London, as they celebrated the 100th anniversary of the much-loved magazine. The Good housekeeping team lined up an incredible programme packed with talks, panels and experiences to mark such a fantastic milestone. Sponsored by Dyson, the event featured talks with Liz Earle, Nadia Hussain, Davina McCall and author Kate Mosse, amongst many other familiar faces.

The event was held at 10-11 Carlton House Terrace, and the venue was transformed with flowers designed and installed by Moyses Events team. 

Head of Events, Megan, explains the thinking behind the flowers.


"We loved working on such a special celebration. Good Housekeeping took over the entire space to welcome and entertain for the two-day event. Carlton House Terrace is a spectacular venue, and flowers played a key part in the celebration. We created multiple flowery moments to guide guests as they walked through the building. We styled each area with an abundance of seasonal flowers, all arranged in a casual garden style using groupings of dahlia, hydrangea, garden roses, and rose hips with masses of foliage and grasses. We used early Autumn shades of soft pink, peach and antique tones with installations at the event's entrances. We added a little drama to a gorgeous sweeping staircase and created a mini meadow of flowers for the fashion room. Lots of Instagrammable moments for a brand that has stood the test of time!'
