Q. Can I customise any Moyses Stevens products?

Q. What is the difference between the size options?

A. Each size option increases the volume of flowers by approximately 20%. Therefore, a large bouquet is 20% bigger in volume than a regular size bouquet.

Q. Can I request a delivery at a specified time?

A. Yes. Our normal shipping service operates from 9am-6pm throughout the day. We cannot provide exact delivery estimates on these orders. However, if customers would like a specified time to expect their order, we do offer morning and evening delivery slots. These are available from 9am-12 noon and 6pm-10pm respectively.

Q. Can I use the Click & Collect service on these products?

A. Yes. Call ahead and speak to our branches directly or order online to take advantage of our click and collect service. It’s fast, free and convenient. Choose the bouquet or plant you’d like and we’ll have it waiting for you in-store at the appointed time.

Q. How do my flowers arrive?

A. Each bouquet is hand delivered by one of our dispatch team. Carefully wrapped and boxed so your flowers arrive in immaculate condition, our bouquets are brought to your door seven days a week.
