Flower Delivery Bayswater, by Moyses Stevens.
Bayswater runs along the north side of Hyde Park from Marble Arch to Notting Hill Gate. Inside W2 sit the Hyde Park-facing hotels along Bayswater Road, the Queensway commercial spine running north from Hyde Park, the Westbourne Grove eastern stretch (the W2 portion before it crosses into W11), the residential mansion blocks of Sussex Square, Hyde Park Square and Connaught Square, and the converted Victorian terraces of the side streets running north towards Paddington.
Our delivery network covers Bayswater same-day for orders placed by 6pm. Volume is split between hotel deliveries (substantial — Bayswater Road has one of London's densest hotel strips), residential personal-occasion orders, and a steady flow of corporate gift deliveries into the small offices and consulting firms occupying the converted townhouses.
The hotels along Bayswater Road — the Royal Lancaster, the Park Grand Lancaster Gate, the Royal Park, the Hyde Park Premier, the Thistle Hyde Park, and the smaller boutique addresses — handle deliveries through their respective reception desks. Include the guest's room number, the hotel name and the arrival date at checkout. The reception desks hold flowers until check-in.
Queensway runs north from Bayswater Road and is a substantial retail and restaurant cluster. The new and old commercial mix — the long-standing Whiteleys department store building (now redeveloped into the Whiteley apartments and shops), the restaurants of the Chinese and Middle Eastern communities long-established in the area, the smaller independent retailers and businesses — generates a steady flow of corporate and one-off orders.
Westbourne Grove (the W2 portion, running east from Notting Hill Gate to Queensway) is the more upmarket retail and restaurant stretch within Bayswater. Restaurants, design retailers, the small fashion brands clustered in the area, the independent bookshops. For corporate orders include the business name and recipient at checkout.
The residential population in Bayswater is concentrated in the older mansion blocks around Hyde Park Square, Sussex Square, Connaught Square, and the converted Victorian terraces of the side streets running off Westbourne Grove and Queensway. Many of the larger blocks have concierge desks; include the flat number and a contact phone at checkout.
For Connaught Square specifically — home of one of the Blair family's London residences — the security protocols include road closures and police presence. Personal flower deliveries are still possible but for high-profile addresses we recommend a phone call to our concierge first on 020 8772 0094.
Hospital deliveries from Bayswater most often go to St Mary's Paddington (and the Lindo Wing), Chelsea & Westminster, the Cromwell, and the Princess Grace. The Marie Curie Hospice in Hampstead (technically NW3) sometimes also serves Bayswater patients. For ICU and HDU patients, call our concierge team first.
The Italian Gardens at the eastern edge of Hyde Park, accessible from Bayswater Road, host occasional events and proposals. Public-space flower drops are not what we offer; for proposals or surprises in the gardens, we suggest delivery to a nearby hotel or address for collection.
Our florists hand-tie every bouquet at the studio. Card messages are included free with every order, printed on Moyses Stevens stationery (in English or major European languages). Gift presentation is hand-tied tissue and a presentation box.
Same-day delivery runs seven days a week, including Sundays and most bank holidays. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day are the only annual exceptions. Every order is covered by our Stem freshness promise.
