Flower Delivery Chelsea, by Moyses Stevens.
Chelsea has been one of our densest delivery clusters since the late nineteenth century. The townhouses of Cheyne Walk, the mansion blocks of Cadogan Square and Sloane Gardens, the King's Road retail and restaurant strip, the residential streets between Fulham Road and the river — all of it sits within SW3 and SW10, our delivery network's busiest non-central postcode.
Our delivery covers Chelsea same-day for orders placed by 6pm. Our Sloane Square shop is two streets from the southern boundary and accepts walk-in orders, phone orders, and same-day Click & Collect. The shop is open seven days a week.
The Chelsea customer profile is settled and predictable in shape. Anniversary bouquets to the long-standing residential addresses, congratulation flowers for births and engagements, condolence arrangements through the residential and church networks that knit the area together, and the regular flow of personal-occasion orders to the family addresses across the postcode. The Chelsea Old Church and St Luke's Church on Sydney Street are regular destinations for funeral and memorial-service flowers.
For the King's Road retail and restaurant strip, we handle a steady flow of corporate and personal orders. Restaurant front-of-house, retailer reception, the occasional weekly-arrangement subscription. The pattern is busiest mid-week — Mondays and Fridays — with a quieter weekend volume of personal-occasion deliveries.
Chelsea & Westminster Hospital sits at the western edge of the postcode boundary and is one of our most-served hospitals. We deliver to all open wards and the private patient floors. As with all hospitals, ICU and HDU patients have flower restrictions; call our concierge team first for those. For maternity wards we avoid heavily scented stems by default — lilies and hyacinths in particular.
The Royal Hospital Chelsea on Royal Hospital Road — home of the Chelsea Pensioners — is a regular delivery destination for charitable and personal-occasion flowers. The Pensioners' Club and the public visitor reception both accept deliveries.
Our florists hand-tie every bouquet at the studio. The Chelsea brief leans towards classic palettes with garden roses leading from late spring through autumn, peonies in early summer, hellebore and ranunculus through spring, hydrangea-led arrangements in late summer. Substantial stem counts, no filler.
For Chelsea residential addresses with restricted access — the gated portions of Cheyne Walk, the older mansion blocks with controlled-entry intercoms, the mews tucked behind the major squares — include a contact phone number at checkout. Our riders will call from the street if the entrance system is unfamiliar.
The Saatchi Gallery on the corner of Sloane Square sits inside Chelsea SW3. For deliveries to the gallery — to artists for opening nights, to curators, to gallery staff — include the recipient's name and the relevant office or gallery floor at checkout.
The Royal Hospital Chelsea hosts the Chelsea Flower Show every May. During Flower Show week (typically the third week of May) our volume into the postcode spikes substantially. We schedule additional delivery windows for the period. If you're sending flowers around the Show — to exhibitors, to RHS members staying in the area, to people working the event — book three days ahead to secure a preferred time slot.
Card messages are included free with every order, printed on Moyses Stevens stationery. Gift presentation is hand-tied tissue and a presentation box. Price is hidden from the recipient.
Same-day delivery runs seven days a week, including Sundays and most bank holidays. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day are the only annual exceptions. Every order is covered by our Stem freshness promise.
