Victoria is one of London's busiest transport interchanges and the immediate neighbour to Buckingham Palace, with a substantial corporate office population layered onto a working residential community. Inside SW1E, SW1V (the eastern edge) and the SW1W boundary sit Victoria Station itself, the office clusters of Cardinal Place and Nova, Buckingham Palace Road, the smaller corporate addresses along Buckingham Gate and Victoria Street, the older residential mansion blocks of Howick Place and Carlisle Place, and the cluster of hotels around the station.
Our delivery network covers Victoria same-day for orders placed by 6pm. Volume is split between corporate office deliveries (heavy mid-week), hotel deliveries (steady across the week), and residential personal-occasion orders.
The corporate clusters at Cardinal Place and Nova Victoria are recent additions to the postcode — the rebuilt office blocks around the station completed in the 2010s. The major tenants (Microsoft, Amazon, Tesco PLC, the BBC's Victoria office, the consulting firms) handle deliveries through central reception desks. Include the recipient's name, the company and the floor at checkout. Most reception desks accept deliveries between 9am and 6pm.
The hotels around Victoria — the Rubens at the Palace on Buckingham Palace Road, the Goring on Beeston Place (technically on the Pimlico-Belgravia boundary but Victoria-adjacent), the Grosvenor Hotel attached to the station itself, the smaller boutique addresses on Buckingham Palace Road and Eccleston Bridge — handle deliveries through their reception desks. Include the guest's room number and arrival date at checkout.
Victoria Coach Station and Victoria railway station themselves accept very limited deliveries due to the security and operational protocols. For deliveries to travellers arriving at Victoria, we recommend delivering to their hotel or onward address rather than to the station itself.
Buckingham Palace sits immediately to the north of Victoria. We don't deliver to the Palace directly — the Royal Mews accepts limited deliveries from suppliers, but personal-flower orders to the Royal Household go via Royal Mail and pre-arranged courier protocols rather than our same-day network.
The residential population in Victoria is concentrated in the older mansion blocks behind the office cluster — Howick Place, Carlisle Place, the smaller side streets running south to Pimlico. These are quieter postcodes than they appear from the bustle of the station, with long-standing residents. Personal-occasion orders are steady. Include a contact phone number at checkout if the building has a controlled-entry intercom.
For Westminster Cathedral, sitting in the heart of Victoria on Victoria Street, we deliver flowers for memorial services, weddings and the major liturgical occasions. Include the service date and time at checkout, and the name of the relevant person to receive the flowers (usually the family's point of contact or the parish administrator).
Hospital deliveries from Victoria most often go to Chelsea & Westminster, St Thomas' across the river, the Lister, and the smaller private clinics within walking distance. For ICU and HDU patients, call our concierge team first.
