A Glorious Garden Party

We recently shared the spectacular May wedding, that took place at the majestic Oakley Court in Windsor. Not only was the ceremony filled with opulent pastel designs, but guests were treated to a fiesta of floral artistry during the afternoon’s garden party prior to the evening reception.

In contrast to the peaches and lavendars of the ceremony, the garden party signalled party time. Flamingo-pink peonies popped alongside sunshine yellow craspedia whilst sky-blue hydrangea shimmied alongside tangerine Butterfly ranunculus. Our multi-tasking events team took a more playful approach - with bundles of flowers emerging from bicycle baskets, tumbling out of summer houses and adorning retro food trucks (with added glitz from nests of mirror balls.)

Guests devoured delicious Indian street food by Gully on a beautiful terrace filled with more jewel-toned blooms (the coral sweetpeas had our hearts) - mirroring the assorted table centres found inside the marquet where partygoers could unwind amongst the velvet sofas and chairs.

What a perfect way to follow-up a fairytale ceremony!
